Lemon Ginger Water

Don’t let flu and cold ruin your summer! Try this home remedy that is healthy and tasty, and refreshing during summer heat even when you feel great.

You need:

Fresh lemon

Fresh ginger

Raw honey (if you prefer it sweeter)

Lemon aids digestion, is full with vitamin C and is great antiseptic. Ginger is great immune system booster. Honey is used for its antiviral and antioxidant properties and to make our life sweeter.

Slice lemon and put it into a jar or a water pitcher, add grated ginger and some honey. Add purified or mineral water and stir. You can leave the water infusion to chill in the fridge and enjoy it as a refreshing summer drink.
