Ok. I am doing it: I am committing to do a 100 days challenge! I will paint a wellness canvas every day for 100 days. Wellness Canvases will be canvases that express my daily wellness and happiness. What is my end goal? To track my balance? Let’s see. I want to tickle my creativity and see what  I can do with 100 days of making. The focus is on the process, not on the final goal. So, lets start.

You can follow my progress on Instagram #100Daywellnesscanvas.

The Inspiration

The inspiration comes from Elle Luna and a class Michael Bierut teaches at Yale. The assignment is simple – each student should repeat one action for 100 days. Elle and her friends went public on the social media and inspired many people worldwide to join the celebration of the making. Here I am – one of them with my own 100 days challenge.

P.S. Thank you, Maks! Finally, I am going to make good use of the paint you gave me 🙂

That’s such a cool idea! 🙂 I’ll definitely visit your website every single day. Who knows?! I might get into this too. 🙂 P.S. I need to catch up with your latest posts.
