Day 2/100. Sleep.


Sleep /sliːp/, n., v. 1. The resting state in which body is not active and the mind is unconscious. 2. Be in a state of sleep.

Irritability, memory lapses,  increased emotional sensitivity, grumpy mood, impaired immune system – these are just some of the symptoms you get when you don’t sleep enough.

I am lacking sleep the last two days and I am experiencing some of the above mentioned symptoms. Therefore, I devoted the first canvas to my current wellness condition. It is placed near my bed reminding me of how important sleep is for the overall health and wellbeing.

Do you pay enough attention on the quality of your sleep?
